The Framework Access Form (FAF) enables you to communicate your intention to access the RM6281 Clinical and Healthcare Staffing Framework and enables you to confirm to NHS Workforce Alliance that you will be engaging selected suppliers via this framework. Upon completion of this FAF a Beneficiary Notice (BN) will automatically be issued to ALL suppliers that you have selected below. It is therefore important that you ONLY select the suppliers that you actually intend to engage via your chosen supply model. If you wish to engage additional suppliers at a later date you must complete a separate FAF for those additional suppliers.
